Our Registered Nurses are vetted, trained, and licensed with extensive experience from backgrounds working in both the ER, Medical Surgical Nursing, and ICU. Our team of nurses and medical providers are committed to providing the safest and highest quality care to each of our patients. At Mme IV Hydration, we strive for excellence in the delivery of our medical services with safety being at the forefront of everything we do.
Dr. Vivian Umeugo - Medical Director
Dr. Vivian Umeugo holds a doctoral degree in Psychiatric Nursing practice. She started her nursing career over 15 years ago and received an Associate Degree in Nursing. She continued to pursue her interest in nursing, graduating with honors, from American Sentinel University, in Aurora Colorado. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing leadership and management at Western Governors University Salt Lake City, Utah. She also obtained a post-master’s degree in Family Psychiatry and mental health at the University of South Alabama. Dr. Umeugo completed her Doctor of Nursing degree from Wilmington University in Delaware. Dr. Umeugo is a Board-Certified Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, licensed in Maryland and Washington D.C. Her previous nursing experience includes work in pediatrics and mental health settings, oncology, palliative and hospice care, medical surgery, ER, case management, community health, in-patient hospital, and out-patient clinics. She is qualified to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide array of health conditions across the entire lifespan. Her experience in a variety of different specialties makes her a great candidate to oversee the Mme IV Hydration practice. She is excited to join the team and make a positive impact in the community.

Meet Dr. Laura Purdy, MD: a physician, consultant, and telehealth innovator. Driven by over a decade of first-hand experience, Dr. Purdy is a progressive leader to both patients and physicians across America.
Fueled by a passion and drive to help as many people as she can, Dr. Laura Purdy uses her role as a C-Suite executive to carry out a vision of establishing the most advanced telehealth systems. Using the best that technology has to offer, Dr. Laura Purdy’s mission is to help medical professionals and founders launch their digital healthcare businesses so that together, we can make healthcare more accessible to all.
Earning the title of ‘America’s Favorite Doctor,’ Dr. Laura Purdy utilizes advanced telehealth technology in her role as a virtual Primary Care Physician. Rethinking traditional healthcare practices, Dr. Laura Purdy makes receiving modern, progressive healthcare treatments easier. From prescription refills to treatment for most common medical conditions, Dr. Laura Purdy is shifting perceptions of “old-school” ways of delivering healthcare.
Ivanka Mora - Physician Assistant
Jessica Moncada - Registered Nurse
Jessica is a native Washingtonian. She grew up in Montgomery County, MD. She obtained her ADN at Northern Virginia Community College in 2008. Her nursing experience includes ER, outpatient cardiac cath lab, and vaccination clinics. She is also a full-time Master Firefighter for Montgomery County, MD. On her days off she enjoys hiking with her Siberian Husky Ares. She is happy to be part of our team of excellent nurses..
Narges Najmyar - PA-C Injector
Narges is a PA-C who has over 13 years of experience in the medical field, 6 of those years as a medical assistant and the other 7 years as a Physician Associate. Narges went to Virginia Tech for her undergraduate degree where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a double major in the Science of Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise as well as Chemistry. Narges then went to pursue her Master of Science and Physician Associate degree at George Washington University. She has worked in different specialties including ER, OB/GYN, Neurology, and Spine and Pain. She is excited to take on a new business endeavor that focuses’ on patients’ overall health, wellness, and beauty.
