  • On the day of your session, please DO NOT WEAR any makeup or moisturizers. We shall administer procedures on a naturally clean face.
  • Two weeks before and after your procedure, please do not undergo any session(s) with your dentist.
  • As a way to minimize the likelihood of bleeding and bruising after the procedure, we encourage our clients to AVOID taking substances such as Aspirin, vitamin E, anti-inflammatories, and other products containing substances like alcohol, fish oil, St. John’s Wort, and Ginkgo Biloba. Please observe this advice 2 to 5 days before your appointment.
  • In addition to statement number 3, if you are currently following a medication regimen with a drug that contains any of the substances mentioned above, please CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR first before stopping your medication.
  • If you are a person who’s most likely to faint, we highly encourage you to eat a hearty meal and drink a sweet beverage on the day of your scheduled procedure.
  • For clients who have a medical history of oral herpes simplex, we recommend having them seek a physician who can administer an antiviral treatment that will prevent breakouts from occurring
  • At MME IV Hydration and Wellness Lounge, we value our client’s consent before administering our procedures. Hence, the initial part of our session involves having our professionals evaluate a client’s face for their safety. We then brief them about what they need to expect during and after our session.
  • For most cases, our clients will feel less pain during the session since neurotoxin injection and dermal filler sessions are less invasive procedures. To help lessen such pain, we provide our clients with a distracting tool to help them tolerate pain through vibrations. We can administer a dental block if you plan to undergo a lip injection.
  1. For clients who underwent neurotoxin injection, your wrinkles, and fine lines will start to become less visible during the latter part of the first week. Optimum results will show on an average of 2 weeks post-procedure.
  2. As for the dermal filler procedure, it promises results immediately after the session. The complete results will generally manifest 1-2 weeks after the procedure.
  3. Once the procedure finishes, we advise clients to please avoid applying any makeup on their face for at least 24 hours.
  4. Always remember to wait for 2 WHOLE WEEKS before undergoing another facial injection procedure. After these 2 weeks, we encourage our clients to schedule a follow-up appointment with our professionals so we can discuss your satisfaction with the procedure’s outcomes.
  5. Irritation, redness, and swelling may happen along the injection area. In rare cases, bleeding and bruising may even occur. We advise our clients to remain calm and for 15 minutes, put pressure on the site of the swelling. They may then apply a sanitized cold compress.
  6. To know about our recommended treatment cream for bruising and swelling, we encourage clients to contact us at their immediate convenience.
  7. With regards to resuming regular activities, we advise patients who underwent neurotoxin injections to start doing their plans 24 hours after their session. As for those who underwent dermal fillers, they will have to wait 48 hours before it’s safe to perform rigorous activities.
  8. Please maintain an upright position for 4 hours after the procedure. Avoid scratching, massaging, and laying on your face where the injection site is to prevent your fillers from moving to undesired areas.
  9. Do not bathe on hot steam, especially saunas, for at least 2 weeks after your procedure.
